Barn Homes and Barndominiums

There is little that can compare to the beauty of a barn style home, nor the charm of a barndominium. We are big believers in the value of an old-world style of living, and strive to make sure each and every customer enjoys a rustic, enchanting place to call their home.

#923-97 “The Big Valley”

More than families can live here! With such space and personality, parties and entertainment find themselves at home just as well. Weddings and Reunions, and any manner of get-together can be a really genuine good time here.

This unique country charmer with its barn-like appearance is a highlight of our collection, and a personal favorite of mine. The high ceilings of the open floor plan create an expansive living space and a great gathering place for the family. Two outstanding features are the large  mud/laundry room with commode and shower; and the spacious pantry with a wet bar and storage closet. The pantry has and access to the wrap around porch making it the perfect place to prepare refreshments in the beautiful weather. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms that share a Jack-n-Jill bath, as well as, two long balconies look over onto the great room and kitchen below.

While this design is simple, it is very highly crafted.  It provides a lodge-like atmosphere with living, dining and kitchen areas enclosed in a beamed-cathedral space, included dormer-windows and fireplace altogether anchor the entire area. The bedroom wing is separated into two suites with master baths and walk-in closets.

This barn home would make a great getaway retreat.  It’s easy to see why barn style homes in Texas are growing in popularity.
